Conflict handling

Conflict-handling is how you describe a real disagreement with stakeholders — not the absence of conflict, and not a story where you 'won'.

Why interviewers test it

Interviewers explicitly want the hard part. A behavioral story with no real conflict reads as either fake or low-stakes.
